  CHIA CINNAMON PUDDING 😋 PROCEDURE: Grab a bowl of chia seeds ( black/white), Add in milk of your choice in twice amount of chia seeds (coconutmilk/almond milk/Regular milk)  Add 2 mashed bananas and a tablespoon of honey into it , Then Add a tablespoon of cinnamon powder for fantastic fragrance and flavour. Mix all  of them thoroughly and set it a side or freeze it for 15mints that's it! Chia pudding is ready to glurp up!   HEALTH BENEFITS AND NUTRITIONAL VALUE: Aids in "weight loss" and cholesterol control, Good source of fiber , Protein, and Omega 3fatty acids, Controls blood sugar, Best for Gut health, 1serving gives- 22gms of fiber and 8gms of protein!       So, make healthy Choices, and enjoy tasty food in glims of time!
