CHIA CINNAMON PUDDING ๐Ÿ˜‹

PROCEDURE:

  1. Grab a bowl of chia seeds ( black/white),
  2. Add in milk of your choice in twice amount of chia seeds (coconutmilk/almond milk/Regular milk)
  3.  Add 2 mashed bananas and a tablespoon of honey into it ,
  4. Then Add a tablespoon of cinnamon powder for fantastic fragrance and flavour.
  5. Mix all  of them thoroughly and set it a side or freeze it for 15mints that's it! Chia pudding is ready to glurp up!

  2. Good source of fiber , Protein, and Omega 3fatty acids,
  3. Controls blood sugar,
