                 Seed cycling is including various seeds in your meal following your menstrual cycle, it is the best and effective way for HORMONALBALANCE in females.  


  • BENIFITS:  keeps up estrogen and progesterone levels
  •  Manages irregular or missing periods
  • Helps in painful Pms, Pcos,pcod and fertility.

  • VARITY OF SEEDS:  pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds. 

  • CYCLE : Day 1-14  (follicular phase)
  • Include 1tbsp of pumpkin seeds or
  • 1tbsp of flax seeds  daily in any meal for 14days .
  •  Day 15-28 (Luteal phase)
  • Include 1tbsp of sunflower seeds or
  • 1tbsp of sesame seeds in any meal for next 14days. 

  • DIFFERENT WAYS TO INCLUDE SEEDS IN MEAL ARE:

  1. Whole  seeds in oat bowl  or smoothies
  2. Whole seeds along with honey or fruit juices
  3. Whole seeds along salads is a great combo.
  4. chia or flax seeds powder can be  added in chapati or roti batter
  5.  seed powder can be had along with rice or can be added in any curry.
  6. Laddu can be made using sesame , pumpkin seeds along with jaggery.
