SSEED CYCLE
Seed cycling is including various seeds in your meal following your menstrual cycle, it is the best and effective way for HORMONALBALANCE in females.
- BENIFITS: keeps up estrogen and progesterone levels
 - Manages irregular or missing periods

- VARITY OF SEEDS: pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds.
 
- CYCLE : Day 1-14 (follicular phase)
