  CHIA PUDDING๐Ÿ˜‹

PROCEDURE:

  1. Grab a bowl of chia seeds ( black/white),
  2. Add in milk of your choice in twice the amount of chia seeds (coconutmilk/almond milk/Regular milk)
  3. Add 2 mashed banannas into it ,
  4. Then Add a tablespoon of cinnamon powder for fantastic fragrance and flavour.
  5. Mix all  of them thoroughly and set it a side or freeze it for 15mints that's it! Chia pudding is ready to grulp up! 

HEALTH BENEFITS AND NUTRITIONAL VALUE:

  1. Aids in "weight loss" and cholesterol control,
  2. Good source of fiber , Protein, and Omega 3fatty acids,
